Driving Requirements & Safety

Yes, but any valid driver’s license is accepted — from any country. Drivers must be 16 or older.
For Jet Skis, a license isn’t required, but you must be at least 16 to drive.

 Not at all. Before we ride, you’ll receive a full safety briefing and driving instructions.

  • ATV: 5 years old
  • Side by Side: 6 months (as a passenger)
  • Jet Ski: 5 years old (as a passenger)

 Yes. For safety reasons, all participants must wear a helmet — which we provide.

 Yes, as long as both riders have a valid license and complete the test drive.

 Yes, but using them while driving is not allowed.

 Any driver involved in an accident will be responsible for paying for the damaged parts.

What to Bring

 Bring your driver’s license, comfortable clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a towel, and closed-toe shoes. We recommend leaving valuables at home.

 Yes, but we suggest keeping it small. You can also store personal items in our free lockers.

Bookings & Cancellations

You can book directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or at our office.

Yes, we accept cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice — no extra charge.

No deposit is required for ATV use.

Tour Details

  • Jungle and Malekus: approx. 2 hours
  • The Discovery Adventure: approx. 3 hours
  • Arenal Side by Side: approx. 3 hours
  • Arenal Jet Ski: approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes

Only in extreme conditions. If it’s light rain, the tour runs as usual.

Yes, depending on the type of disability, we have suitable vehicles for everyone.

Yes, our guides speak both English and Spanish.

Groups are kept small — no more than 10 ATVs per group.

Yes, private tours are available for an additional $120 + tax per group.
